Crafter's Malls

Just thought I'd meantion this as a tip/idea. I went to a local crafter's mall and found a couple of cute items to use for garters. Little girl's headbands with feathers, ribbons, flowers, etc.  There were also some booths with some pretty nice sheer blouses and sequined too. Who'd a thought?
