Yeah, I think those are only offensive in the sense that my eyes are offended by how ugly they are bwahahaha. Somebody's gotta come up with a better naughty shoe than that!

You aren't the only one who thought something "naughty" 😀 Just the way the back of the shoe and the heel meet. It makes me think of those masks from Clockwork Orange.
Those are by Kobi Levi! I'm OBSESSED with his work, though I don't love those particular shoes (not because they're dirty, but because I just don't think they're very pretty). He does some awesome ones that look like birds or dogs or other crazy things, though. http://kobilevidesign.blogspot.com/
It's fun that you recognized them! He's really creative, but I agree that these are not among the pretty ones. Probably he just couldn't resist making them anyway 🙂.
