I have been doing a move from bat spin that i have never seen done before. How can you check if it is a new move? Will film it tomorrow and post link.

you dont have to hold your foot really , you can put it behind the pole and keep both hands on pole.
So straight leg reverse grab into pretzel/stag?

I have seen this a lot. Glad I saw this though cuz I couldn't remember how to get into it on spinny🙂I learned it at a studio last summer but couldn't stomach spinny mode b/c of pregnancy.
