Hey ladies! Part of my resolution is to work on combos so that i dont have to think lol! I comeout of one move and always have to think of what to do next. So i figured id make a list of moves and work on chaining them tgether. So what do you do?

I watch youtube videos and write down combos I see. Depending on what you want to do, it's nice to have a visual aid on how to transition between moves. Other people are always more creative than I am! If you just search for "pole dance combos" or something similar, you'll sometimes find 10 minute videos with a ton of combos. Combos are definitely something I need to work on also.
oh ya combos r hard for me i always hav the long pause n clumbsyness trying to think of what to do next!! lol i agree youtube combos r good to watch, its just getting them down with ease yourself! happy poling!

Okay so, i am NO WHERE close to being able to any upside down tricks/combos. But I like watching DirdyBirdy on YouTube. She's puts combo vids up and tutorials, as well as, free dances.

Awesome Rixi ! She has two channels which her second one is posted on her regular one. But her new videos has a lot of remi sit combos. This is my dream move! Let me know how you like her :)
