Ok so I posted a video of me playing in the studio like a crazy man hehe Lemme take yall back before that to my first real lesson. It wasn't a class but more so like a semi-private type lesson/pole jam. So I asked Jessalynn for advice about how I can use my "body lines" better I guess is what I was trying to ask? So she gave me some combos to practice and some advice about creating more extension with my body. So these are the things I'm working on currently. Maybe they can help y'all out too! 😀 Love yall!!! Hey, JC! I haven't watched your vids in awhile, but MAN you have gotten good!!! And keep us all posted on your maybe-teaching a class this fall, that would be great for you to be able to share your talents 🥂 P.S. Can you bottle up some of that energy and sell it to me?!? lol

JC, that was so great to watch all 3. I can see she is smoothing you out and adding fluidity to your movements. I wish so much I lived closer. The studio looks so fresh and inviting. I'm sick of how things are run at my place. I would love to break away. Anyway, good for you. You're doing a great job!

Aww thank ya honey bunny. Really Jess is amazing. She justs lets me run wild!! I always ask her to critique everything I do but she totally refuses! She just gives me the basic background and then encourages me to use my own style and creativity. As long as you are doing the moves safely, you can do no wrong in her eyes. She is really something else. I see why yall love her so much. She is just really one of a kind. I haven't seen her this week yet. I worked out pretty hard last week and it finally caught up to me. I tried to do my September Challenge video last night but I have no pole mojo haha So I'm resting this week and I'll probably start back next week or Maybe Friday night because I miss her already 😂 I really wish you didn't live so far either. The atmosphere in the studio is one that I can't describe. I've never been to another studio before so I don't know if all the studio are like that or how they differ but Pole Pressure is absolutely amazing. You just feel this charge of warmth, electricity, and energy there. I've done moves there on my very first attempts and that I can't even duplicate at home haha 😂 Like there I can elbow grip all day but at home I haven't been able to do it once! It's really weird but a good weird. (Maybe I'm intimidated now at home because of the lack of space) But I know you would love the studio. Can't wait to get yall all here together! 😀

I've done moves there on my very first attempts and that I can't even duplicate at home haha That applies for me too hun - don't know what it is really, whether you concentrate on what you're doing more when you're in the studio or what, but there are moves I can get in class that I just can't get at home for whatever reason. Looking good tho 😀

all i can say is wow really! your strength is incredible! i really enjoyed watching those although now i feel like a little weakling 😂 😳 Awww Laney that's so sweet! Thank you. Don't feel weak love! It's really just all the energy of being in the studio. I can't do any of those things when I'm at home haha 😂

It's bittersweet cuz most people would consider me having a boring life. All I do is go to work and come home pretty much. I don't venture out much. Haven't dated in a while. I've been celibate for 4 years. No girlfriend, no kids. 🙁 So I reckon I just exercise at home to pass the time cuz I don't have anything else to do 😂

JC, Don't feel bad. I was celebate for 5 yrs in my 20s and only got married a few yrs ago at 35. Being celebate and not dating is a very healthy was to get to know yourself and grow internally. It also makes you appreciate it when you find real love! Any therapist worth their salt is going to recommend a period of being single so you learn how to function on your own and you really get to know yourself! Love will come! Just you wait!!! I promise, God has someone good in store for you!

aww dont worry jungle.. i live the same way (more or less..cant say havent uh.."had fun"..in awhile 👑 👸 , but do basically work and chill at home. ) it can be depressing and lonely 😢 and it can be liberating, and exciting.. 😎 just depends i have learned the hard way it is soooooo much better than to be "alone" than surrounded with people who dont deserve your time or energy (never mind your love and kindness).. used to always be out or have people over and it was fun , but as i have gotten older and hopefully wiser, i think quality is so much more important than quanity. i may have a small fraction of the "friends" i once had, but the few that i really consider friends now are people i would trust alone in my house, who i can confidently tell my secrets and dreams to, who are truly there for me. ☀️ you are one of the sweetest people i have ever exchanged words with and anyone who doesnt have you in there life on some level is missing something great. 🐱 👑 be proud that despite having time on your hands and often being alone, you are not only not getting into self-destructive habits like so many others, you are using your time in a productive healthy way. all that practice time is paying off big time. you look great and your doing moves i am not even near ( and i have been doing this for a year and a half) 🥂 and dont forget you always have your Veena Family 😀 😎 😛 😈 🤓 👽 🏴‍☠️ 🤓 🏛️ 🌸

whoa jc! What great videos! Your moves look great and I can see your excitement to be poleing! I hope that I can stay as positive and excited as you when I get into some of those moves! Looking good! BTW, everytime I see one of your vids I'm so glad that a guy is poleing. What a perfect combination of grace and strength you've got!
