I am so fricking EXCITED!! It looks like the kinda stretching/fitness DVD I would actually enjoy lol. She said on her page that it'll be shipping worldwide too so yay!!!!

Wanted to bump this up and find out if anyone had any reviews of Rockin Legs and Abs yet?? I really want to buy it, but money is tight at the moment so don't want to get it until I've heard some good reviews :)

This is the most I have ever paid for a video..I love it! I took her workshop that was stretch/conditioning for pole when she was here, so it's a reminder of that. I'm happy to have the dvd to be able to push myself to do these things more. I think she did a great job on quality and all that as well.

Jessilee, how long is the DVD and if you could please explain more sorry like is it cardio or is it more like ( if you alethea Austin split DVD) stretching??? Thanks hope you love it!

It's an hour. She breaks it down into sections, and advises you can do the warm up and half one day and the warm up and half the next day, but for max the whole thing..It's kinda like the old buns of steel with intense stretch mixed in..if that makes sence..It's active flex with long holds for the stretching.
