CKR..finally brake enough to try it

I'm so happy I finally decided to let go and fall back.  I thought that I didn't have a good grip with my knee crossed but I did and it felt so secure.  So happy this week that I was able to do this and finally invert with heels on.  I feel like practicing all day today but my kids need me to entertain them too ; )
