How do I change my username!!??? I cant figure it out??? Am I blind? lol

You can't change it. I had to open a brand new account and delete my old one. Studio Veena doesn't allow screenname changes.

Is there a special reason for it ? I would be nice if it was allowed though... I personaly don't know what I was thinking when I chose my username.. At that point I didn't know this account would become so important, just made it to look around at first, so didn't bother coming up with a good name.. I should have known I'd become addicted... LOL .. 😂

I'm not the tech person, but yes there is a reason for it. 😉 Not allowing user name changes is not, an usual practice, most sites wont allow user name changes. Go try changing it on Youtube. On MOST sites, you are usually required to make a new account if you want to change your user name. If a site were to allows the users to change names, then everything gets all messed up! Websites are very complex and information like user names need to remain the same or people wont get emails and updates, too many things go all screwy, and the site can't keep track of everything like it needs to. I'm sooooo not the tech person but this is the basic idea. Right webmaster?? 🤓 We are not lazy or mean, we have over 6000 members and we don't want to confuse our poor websites brain. 🤓 🤓 🤓
O thats fine! I was just curious! I had decided on a stage name and wanted to change my username too it!! How does Shimmercheeks sound????? Or Bouncie because of my HUGE CHEST!! LOL 😛

Yea me too, I found my stage name to be "blasian heat", lol or "queen pinay" all because Im "exotic 👽 (black and asian mix)

Veena or Webmaster, can't you guys still change usernames?? 🤔 When I first joined the site, you could change usernames and I did a total of twice. At first I was Jacq, then when I picked a stage name I went to FoxyRei_Jacq so everyone knew I was the same person. Then I went to change it to just Foxy Rei like literally the day after they changed the names to static. I put up a post about it, too, and Veena and Webmaster said they could still change it for me, so here I am. But with new stuff going on the site, maybe they can't be changed at all now... I dunno. 😕
As we've stated before, we don't change usernames. There are several reasons why: 1) It creates confusion, people will not know who you are 2) Security 3) The technology base is becoming quite large and we have to maintain names accross all the pieces of the site We have no intention of bringing this feature back. The majority of community sites out there don't allow it, and for very good reason. From a security perspective how do you track abusive personalities when one person tells you that joe is causing trouble, and another tells you that jim is causing trouble and they are the same person, with changed username.
If you wanna change your user name maybe you could start a new account? maybe?
I know this doesn't have anything to do with me but it does seem like changing a username would be difficult for the site. I know they did let Foxy do it but I think she was one of the only people that asked and I very distinctly remember Veena saying she would make an exception for one or two people that time because there was no rule about it but after that incident she was instating the rule that usernames could no longer be changed.

@ Webmaster and Glitter: I gotcha now. I was just confused because I missed the part where they were making it a definite rule, that's all. I can understand why, though. The post Webmaster put up when I asked about changing mine said they were doing some new stuff that required that they stay the same, but that him and Veena could still change names so all I had to do was ask. So I guess I kinda misunderstood something... 😕 I apologize if my post here was misleading...

Hey Veena, Do I just do this via the "contact us" section down the bottom?... Cause i did do that... twice... 😳 Will do again now in that you will be looking out for it. 😀The contact us goes to the Studioveena email, things will be taken care of in order of priority deleting an old account wouldn't be an ASAP...If you want it done right away email me on my profile. 🌸 I TRY to get direct emails taken care of same day.
Hi ladies I'm a newbie user and want to delete this account so I can make a new one with a new username because when I signed up I didn't know you couldn't change your username, but when I go to make a new account I put in all the details but it wont allow me to proceed because a red x comes up by the captcha, even though it's typed in correctly. I've tried it a few times and the captcha doesn't change to different letters/numbers like they do on most sites so I can't create a new account :S Anyone know how to get round this?
