Changes to the website layout?

Were there recent changes to the website layout? If I'm looking at the discussions forum and want to then look at videos (or vice versa), I seem to have to go back to the home page first.... when I used to just be able to select a different tab along the top menu. I know it's just an extra click, but it's driving me crazy. Is it just me? Is there any way around that?

At the top of the forum page, I'm seeing some other links to things like Videos and Blogs, but it's not up by the Lessons, Gallery, Pricing, Home and Search. However, what I have is a little scroll bar next to those things (Home, Gallery, etc.) with the logo inside the dark part of the header. It seems weird, doesn't do anything or go anywhere except a millimetre up or down... Maybe a glitch?
