So I went to a studio for the first "real" time today to dance with the owner...and I tried the cartwheel mount and got it!!! I've been "trying" it for about a month now and the body position has just eluded me. For some reason it just clicked today! I uploaded it in our video section!! YEEEHAWW! 😬 😬 🥂 🥂

Most def!!! I have been dying to do them again....I haven't poled all week between sick kids and training at work....to tired! But tonight....it's just me and the cartwheel! 😬 😬 😬
