cartwheel advise...again

Looking for all the information I can get because I want to nail this move! Do you all stil use the magic (pointer) finger in the cartwheel move? Any other tips you all havent shared yet? I've read all the posts already!

i don't use the finger for this move bc sometimes i slide closer to the floor and it hits. i found that the biggest thing that helped me that i didn't realize i was not doing was to TURN MY HIPS!! i do it with left arm up, so as i go up i twist my right hip towards the pole (so it get's your hips square to the pole). that helped my balance a lot!!
