for some reason, I can't view videos!! Oh no! I have a Sony Vaio w/Windows Vista... any help? I checked the flash, and that's not the problem I don't think.

What do you see when you can't see videos? If you see a continually spinning wheel your flash is working but something in your network is blocking the videos. If you see nothing or a little puzzle piece or some other non-spinning wheel your flash is not working properly and you will want to go to http://www.flash.com to reinstall it. The best bet is to visit http://www.flash.com first anyway and download and install the new flash client.

Try a different browser, http://www.firefox.com is a good one or http://www.google.com/chrome. If IE is restarting there is a problem with your IE, a new browser should fix it.
