I always thought that was 1/2 way to doing a funky monkey.. i've never seen a name for it, but i'd call it the 1/2 funky monkey, lol.. but it's a cool looking pose on its own, so it should have it's own name! Great job for doing it !!! 😂
Looks sort of like what I'd call a Brass Monkey, but your arms are wrong for that. How did you get up into it?

Looks sort of like what I'd call a Brass Monkey, but your arms are wrong for that. How did you get up into it? It would be a brass monkey if I let go with my arms and bent my straight leg back....which is where I was headed with this move...I was attempting to grab BOTH ankles for a closed brass monkey (aka funky monkey)- which is how I got up into this. I can see how it could be an "Eros" move if I pushed my body further out from the pole- however does the Eros move have a variation of grabbing your ankle on the bent leg? 🤔 I will have to try this same move but push my body out from the pole next time... ☀️
