California Pole Dance Championship

The California Pole Dance Championship is going to be October 3 in Hollywood. 15 of California's most talented pole athletes will come together to compete for the title of California's Pole Dance Champion. The competition will be held at the elite and legendary Social nightclub on Sunset Blvd. Over 500 pole dance lovers expected. The ballroom is huge, with over two story ceilings. We are planning on having 20 feet poles, one static, one spinning. The event is being organized by Anjel Dust Fitness and we are still excepting submissions for contestants. If you are, or know, an amazing pole dancer that lives in California, stop by the website http://www.PoleDanceChampion.com to fill out an application and submit a video for consideration. There is $5000 in cash up for grabs for the top 3 spots and every contestant receives a valuable gift bag from our generous sponsors. No enrty fee. Just put on a awesome show and have fun! If you don't want to compete this year (keep practicing and join in next year 👍 ) come down and cheer on all of the fantastic dancers up on the stage. It's going to be a lot of fun.The dancers locked in already are extraordinary and I am extreamly impressed with the amount of skill these women have in the art of pole dance. California's got some talent! Tickets that include the Championship and also the after party will go on sell next week. I'll keep you posted.

The deadline to sumbit yourself to be a contestant for the 2009 California Pole Dance Championship is at the end of this month. Only two more weeks to get you application in. http://www.PoleDanceChampion.com Go to the website, click contestants, then click on application, there is an form located there to fill out, and poof, you're sumitted. This will be a gathering of the best pole dancers in California, it will be a great night, filled with awe inspiring performances. If you are not planning to compete, don't miss out, make sure you get your tickets. Go to the website, click on tickets, and you're all set for an amazing night.

AHHHHH OMG Dropkick Murphys AND pole dancing???!! That video was like the best combination of things EVER!!! Why haven't I seen that before?! Veena I absolutely hope you do that competition so I can come watch you win!!!

Nope 😢 We have no one to watch our kids here at home (the "nanny") is leaving in a few days. So I wont go without Chris because its on his birthday. Also my arm is doing soooooooo much better and I don't want to over train right now and re injure. Its just poor timing. 👎

awww.... that's really sad, I was really looking forward to hearing about you compete. 🙁 I definately think you have a lot of talent to compete against those girls. Hopefully you'll get a chance to enter a competition once your arms has healed up nicely. 🙊

Aw no!!!!! Im sorry, I wear my heart on my sleeve and I cant possibly hide my disappointment!! I really wish you could've done it!!! Im glad your 'nanny' is leaving though!!! U should have told me you had nobody to watch your kids, I would've done it for you!!! 😂

The site and date of the competition was moved due to pole rigging issues at Social. It is now being held on the following Thursday, October 8. The new location is Green Door in Hollywood. 1429 Ivar Ave. 90028. Come out and cheer on your favorite pole artist. 😀 World Pole Dance Champion, Felix Cane, has been confirmed and will be performing a featured opening act at the California Pole Dance Championship. If you live in California, or able to get here for the night, you've got to see her performance, along with 20 of California's most talented Pole Artists. Tickets are limited. There are tickets left. Preferred seating is sold out. VIP is heading to be sold out very soon. But there are plenty of General Admission tickets left. Go to the website.

I can't find out who won! I had to leave before the competition ended. All I can say is that there were some incredible dancers there--wow. It's was really inspiring and there were some really mind-blowing moves. I wish it was a more audience-friendly venue, though. I got general admission tickets and from where I stood, I couldn't see ANY floorwork whatsoever. But I still can't find out who was the winner! I can't believe no one has posted it yet!
