I'm working on the butterfly but I'm confused about the legs. So, I usually invert with my left side to the pole and go into crucifix. Then I put my right hand down and left hand higher up. Obviously a heel has to remain on the pole but which one? If my right arm is down, is there a proper leg to keep on the pole or is it just preference? ❓

If your left arm is up then your left leg should be on the pole. 😉

WOOOOHOOOOO! I switched which side I invert on so that my legs are switched as to which is in front and back and then I can release the proper leg! I am so psyched! Are you all able to the butterfly on both sides or just your strong side? I can't do it with my weak arm down!
