Looks challenging and fun!
I did that video this morning as part of my wake up workout and I admit parts of it had me huffing and puffing but afterwards my hips and lower back felt great! I am always really stiff in the mornings and it helped a lot.

It looks pretty good overall, I would suggest taking it a bit easier then they do in the beginning with the swinging the body from side to side so fast! To avoid injury I'd warm the body up a bit longer before such intense twisting!!
Ya, I definitely can see myself doing that one, but for now, I'm happy with the 10 min. I did. I did find one by Jillian Michaels that I was able to do most of today. It's called 6 week 6 pack abs. I'm more concerned with my arm strength at this point, but I'll get there. I am definitely honoring my body if I feel too much tension in the back. Does anyone have any suggestions for using yoga bands? I am trying to strengthen ankles and hips. Also, I tried the hula hoop and couldn't keep it up around my waist. I realize I need more coordination, but it seems as though this hula hoop is super light weight. Any thoughts anyone? Have a blessed day everyone!
Lifecoachforever... in reference to your hoop question, a great beginner hoop is the 3/4" 160 psi tubing with a diameter of the distance from the floor to your solar plexus (between your belly button and your chest). The larger and heavier it is, the easier it will be for you to learn (bigger, heavier hoops means more time that it takes the hoop to travel around your body). As you begin to get better, you can go for the lighter 120 psi tubing and then when you get really good, you can get the 1/2" 100 psi tubing or polypro for mastering tricks that are harder to do with big, bulky hoops such a breaks, reversals, and isopops. Don't give up!! Hoop dancing has changed my life for the better and it is something I always turn to.
