Bought the lessons and now I can't see the classes

I bought the online lessons during the Black Friday deal. I finally had the time during the holidays to take the classes, but when I go on my studioveena account it acts as if I never bought them? They are both linked to the same email address. I have the paypal receipt and waiting for an answer from the webmaster (I sent them an email).
