I FINALLY spoke with X-Pole regarding my pole. Since they are not certain that there is anything wrong with it, despite my attempt at a picture, I have to break it down and send that part back for THEM to inspect and possibly send me a new one. Ugh. I'm so sad to be without my pole for possible up to 2 weeks. Kind of regretting not just getting my pink Lil Mynx. *pout* Anywho... sorry for the rant. My "non-poling" friends do not understand my pole depression. :(

I don't get why these poles aren't inspected BEFORE sending them to the customer.

Cherished, in manufacturing there is a statistically significant number of widgets that are inspected and that is it. This is how most manufacturing of parts is done unless they have computerized scanners.
