Any suggestions on the best lighting for pole dancing? What makes your body look best? I've always wanted to dance for my BF, but am too self-conscious with the lights blaring! 😂 So, black lights? candles? colored lights? What do you prefer? Thanks! 😀

dim red lights (buy red bulbs). by far. universally flattering.
I prefer the effect of red as well but I can tell you to DEFINITELY avoid yellow at all costs! It empasizes cellulite!

I like the way Red makes me look. But I love the way Blue makes me feel. Sometimes I'll target both of these colours at me at the same time, or one or the other depending on my mood. I have two of these in small desk lamps that I can target at the pole, or the wall to create a softer effect. I also have rope lights around the bottom edge of one of my walls. I keep meaning to do all 4 walls with them, but every time I go to buy more, I find the stores locally are all out.
Guess I need to go out an get myself some red lights! Thanks for the suggestions everyone!!!

i love pink lighting!! 😁 i got pink christmas lights & i keep them on my trees (not christmas trees!, fake potted house plant/trees) in my pole room year round. i love the way it looks & feels!!!
