Hi guys, I'm out of bendy buddies as of right now. Ended up in the emergency room yesterday with a painful "strained neck". So I have to take it easy for about a week or so. Good news is that my xpole should be here any day now! Hope to join you ladies soon with the stretching:-)

Oh crap! Bendy buddies in 10 minutes & I haven't warmed up! I might be 5 -10 minutes late warming up :(
