Beginner Instructor Certification Course at SASS!

Ladies, Alena Downs from Pole Junkies will be presenting a Beginner Instructor Certification Course at my studio in Stoney Creek on November 27 and 28th! Here is what the course will consist of: Pole Dance Fitness - Basic Instructor Course 2 day course. 4 hrs each day Practical and Theory Lessons Final Theory and Practical Exam $600 + HST Includes: 2 complete basic level classes (including set choreography for each class). 40 moves, transitions, rises and bonus conditioning actions. Grips, Anatomy, Move Mechanics and Breakdowns What...Where...Why? Safety and Spotting in Basic Levels. Teaching movement patterns Classroom management Activity specific warm ups and cool downs.
