Basic Invert in heels.

Hello Veena, I hope you don't mind me asking this- but would you consider posting a video of yourself doing a basic invert in your heels? When I was learning to invert, I would visual you and repeat your words in my mind. I was using a sweeping action, using pressure from the floor to help lift myself and now I find I can't do that and I'm nervous of getting my heel caught. Thank you so much much!
