Back from holiday

Hey Veena, hope you are well, I'm back from a 2 week holiday and ended up with nearer 3 weeks off the pole, wanted to gently get back into things however I can't remember if you recommend starting the 30 day take off from day 1 or part way through the program after a holiday, can you remind me please?
