I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I can't find the tutorials for the flow challenge. I registered but now I don't know what to do. I found what looks like the tutorials for it but it's only like day 16-30. I want to join in but I have no idea where to go. Please help!

Ok I actually watched one of the videos I found and it's not a breakdown of the flow routine at all. I'm so confused! 😞

Watch the intro! The very first video I shared on IG....the first video you see in the flow program section of the lessons....then follow from there. As mentioned previously on IG, the routine is not broken down into step by step like my other lessons. You try the tasks I give you, like the routine, do the best you can then move on. We revisit these routines many times during the challenge and you're not meant to do each task perfectly every time....its practicing 😉
