Apprentice Prance?

I recently got my PFA Flash Cards 2011 Edition. They are useful as reminders of the moves I don't know, but since they have no written decription of the moves the ones I don't know are confusing me. Card 24 is the "Apprentice Prance", according to them "AKA: Craddle." (I know cradle is spelled wrong, but that is how it is on  the card. It doesn't look quite like the cradle I already know and I can not find a video or info about an Apprentice Prance on youtube, wikipole, or pole dance dictionary. What can anyone tell me about this move? Thnaks!
