Ok so every week I get fed up that bendy buddies is in the middle of the night for us. So I thought maybe we should start our own! Suggestions of days and times? And is there anyone who is good at stretching that wants to come along and help us all out?

You know I'm up for this. I can't do thursdays, but Mon or Tues is usually pretty good by me. Please, someone make me stretch. 🫡 I seem to have misplaced my enthusiasm for it. And my hamstrings. If anyone finds a set of nice flexible hamstrings lying around, they're mine. Please return them! 😂
Hey Ladies, I'd love to be bendy too. I'm around on Mondays but Tuesday and Wednesday I pole and Thursday I'm at Yoga from 8pm. Let me know what you decide to do. Cxxx

At some point I might be able to do a Tuesday if my pole dance night changes but I'll have to let you know on that one. Good luck getting bendy! I'm finding my yoga class helpful. Cxxx

Ok so every week I get fed up that bendy buddies is in the middle of the night for us. Fed up? 😨 We never tried to excluded anyone 😢 ...the member who started it just happened to live in the US. I can't make it into that chat either at that time cuz I'm putting the kids to bed and making school lunches for the next day ☀️ ... I think its great your starting a European bendy! What time are you all thinking, I may be able to make it to this one!
I'm just jealous that I can't join in with u all but I don't think getting up in the middle of the night for it would be a good idea! I didn't feel excluded, just jealous lol! And I'm 2 lazy to stretch on my own!

I know what you mean HellsBells, I've been wondering whether to suggest a European Bendy Buddies for a couple of weeks myself!but I'm too much of a wimp 😳 sorry! I can do any night but Weds at the moment and any time after 8pm would be good for me. Especially once our upgrade comes in and I can go online without stealing hubby's bandwidth while he plays Halo!! 🥂

I hear you girls!!! I'm the one who run the stretching on thursday night here. What i could do if you want is doing a few weeks with you at your time and then you can keep up by yourself. Just a head start or i little kick in the butt, call it like you want 😂 Thusday and wednesday are better for me but i could work it on other days. So choose a day and let me know if you want me with you 😉
Hi Tigger Thanks! That would be helpful otherwise we may all just end up chatting! It's looking like it may be a Tuesday at the moment at 8pm GMT. Fab! Our broadband upgrade is due to come into effect on the 14th, so I may not be able to join in on the 12th but I hope to join in afterwards! 🥂

What does the whole Bendy Buddies involve? Obviously I know its stretching etc but how does everyone work together?
We usualy warm up alone then open our webcam and one of you show you what move to do (i will do this for a few weeks). But the thing is you can help each other and add new way to stretch. It's mostly a time in the week where you get the motivation from other who will do split before you if you don't do it every weeks 😂 If anyone have an idea of what time it will be in east time (like florida) because right now i just can't figure it out 🙄

thanks Veena So i guessing if it's 8h pm in United Kingdom it should be aroud 3h in the afternoon for me in Quebec. I will be around all afternoon, hope i get there the good day 😂
Tuesday sounds great, also too lazy to stretch on my own. Just found a gym that includes pole as it's nrmal classes...I have a pole at home but no motivation to use it currently...pole at the gym 3x per week and stretch on Tuesday would be purrrrfect!

Can somebody please give me the "bendy buddies for dummies" explanation of what it actually is? I'm probably missing something super obvious (!!) but I can't find a description anywhere. Do you convene in chat and it's a text based thing or is it like a video webcast, with someone leading everyone else? I've been stretching on my own but, I must admit, it's the first thing to get cut if I'm running short of time/lazy and a little extra motivation couldn't hurt 🙂
