Anyone up for doing Veena's 30 day programme?

Cazzz, you're a beast! It took me 17 or 18 days to get to "Day 14". Lol
Starting with day 1 today. October 1st. Hopefully the numbers lining up with the calendar will help.
Day 1 done (again). I didn't do the warm up this time because I was already warmed up and I was in a time crunch and I'm headed off to pole class in a half hour where I'm sure we'll get a lot of that done. Im terrible at shoulder slides though. I feel like my hands stick and my shoulders slide. So I'm not moving in a coordinated fashion. Haha.
I am now on day 13, I can't decide whether to start again or keep going. I think I will start again with the abs cos my husband wants to join in and I have missed 3 days now. Probably going to keep going with take off, but at this rate I will probably complete it at the end of the month with all today's (re) starters lol. In my defence, I've been going to studio 4-5x week plus free styling and trying to fit in rest days and it hasn't quite worked. Don't want to get over training injuries again so would rather proceed slowly if my body starts complaining and creaking. Well done everyone who's doing it wherever/whatever you're up to!

Man, Day 15 was great! I saw improvement in my pole hold! Thank goodness. I was worried that I'm not ready for spins since I haven't been able to hold the pole hold for longer than 3 seconds, bot today I was STRONG. I held it multiple times for 5 seconds. :D AND I saw improvement in the knee tucks. I'm really happy with the way this is going. Thank you, Veena, for your guidance and thank you pole community for being so friendly and supportive. :)

Woohoo, I'm back in the room. I've started afresh with day 1 on 1st Oct and I've just completed day 3. I've made a point of building it into my day now so no excuses!! Day 3 of the abs challenge and the take off DONE!!

Day 16 done yesterday. I forgot to check in. :)
Day 19 done! I replaced the pole sit today with the new side sit lesson...I forgot how much elbow grips hurt. But I managed it on both sides! I didn't try it up in the air or with the twisty exit yet, I'll save that one for another day. I also added some twisty grip hangmans and some up and over stretches to untwist my shoulders. I was actually able to hold a hangman today with Cramers grip on my hands! I'm loving this program Veena. It's giving me the edge I needed to push past the intermediate level into some more advanced moves.
I've caught up to day 15 :) well done everyone! We are getting stronger!

Day 17 down! That was a good one! This challenge is getting challenging now. I was a tuckered puppy today. My Pilates instructor has been kicking my butt, too.

Think I'm about a week behind. I've been full of the cold and really not up to doing anything other than lying in my bed. I have aerial silks this afternoon so will try and do a bit it catch up after.

Still here. Started ab challenge again on Oct 1st. Halt to say I'm still deadlifting into my shoulder mounts and my inverts so all is well. Is there another challenge going at the same time? Some of you ladies are talking about moves I dint think I've heard before (or I knew them by another name). Let me know!

Day 18. I broke the winning streak, dang it. My take off workout was left incomplete. I gave it a good go. I went 35 min early to pole class to get the challenge workout in but that wasn't enough time. And I couldn't stay after class to finish because I had a massage appointment to go to (which has really been helping some right elbow issues I've been working through). I did complete the days ab challenge. I will have to add the exercises I missed today onto Monday's workout (not Sundays workout bc my pole studio is not open on Sundays and I do not have a pole at home).
Vdub, We are also doing The 30 Day Take Off. I started (again) on the 1st. So I completed day 4 today. :) Im also doing the Yoga Challenge but not doing the Ab challenge, though I probably should.. maybe I'll throw some extra abs in there somewhere.

Hi guys, not sure if it's ok to join in on this but I'm on day 4 of the 30 day take off :)
its very OK to join in. I was supposed to do day 5 today but didn't get to it because my son's birthday party was today and I was just out and about a lot. Hopefully I'll continue tomorrow... I have to admit I've not been really great about this 30 day thing. I've started this like 3 or 4 times now. I just have a lot of goals happening at the moment... stretching, yoga, pole moved... the strength stuff is taking a back seat :/
