Monica, you were my first instructor at DL! I missed you!!! I refuse to walk through that door, that's why I'm looking to open my own lil studio. I need a place to practice!
How are you!!! I don't blame you one bit about not wanting to go in there. I now teach at Love Pole Fitness in Bellingham, MA. We should try to set up a pole jam someday.
I'm ready to pole jam! I am sick right now (one of the pleasures of having kids) but I'm planning on making a trip to Belingham soon as I get my energy back.
I hope you feel better, I hate being sick, I never want to do anything. I feel I always get sick right before I get a move that I been working on for a long time. Then by the time I am better it's like I have to start all over again
Im dealing with the same thing. Two sick kids!!! Both have strep!!!.. I feel like I have to learn everything all over again...I was getting use to not getting dizzy on spin mode. Now I want to barf everytime....lol Now to work on that again. I can thank my tonsils being removed!!!! Have to get my back flexible again!!!
Well this time I wasn't sick. I was getting so close to nailing my Pheonix I could feel I was there, but then this stupid storm happened and I havn't been in the studio since wed and I all parinod that I am gonna have to start all over
I got the Phoenix twice and that was 3 months ago....lol tried doing it again and can't get it for the life me...lol...I been poling for 6-7 months and I can pretty much do alot of pole tricks...the Phoenix and cocoon is going to be the death of me...lmaooo

Eep! I'll be in MA in march to teach workshops at DL, although ti seems like some of you ladies won't be coming for sure.... :/

Yea Amy I wish I could come too, but I won't go there either :( unfortunately the closest place for me to go to workshops is either Boston or western CT! Wish I could go to more!
Omg, I'm so weak right now, it's gonna be like starting at square one when I get back on the pole! Amy, you will be there on my birthday! I wanted to take that workshop soooo badly! I hope it goes well! You'll have to let me know. ;)
What's DL and why won't people go there?
DL Fitness is a pole studio in Worcester, the owner has rubbed a lot of people the wrong way and treats the instructors very poorly. Alica and I used to teach there and many other instructors left due to many problems with the owner and her ethics. (they have a high turn around rate with instructors). There are many other issues I will not present on a public furom, but if you want to know you can massage me privately and I will explain more. Amy we would love to have you at Love Pole Fitness and it is only 30 mintues away if you have time to do another workshop in the area.
