I live in a cold climate and even with the heater on, I find it hard to break a sweat to get that nice tackiness on the pole. Any tips for making your body sticker? Thanks!

CeraVe can be purchased at most drug stores. Just make certain you get the basic formula..not the extra moisturizing or advanced, etc.
