No idea if they are still in business but there was the Goddess Arts Academy NW.

I believe they closed down...they used to be listed in my directory but didn't respond to many requests to update the listing. I searched high and low to find contact info but couldn't get in touch with anyone. Sorry I don't know of any other studios in Spokane :(
