Looks like a wrap skirt to me. Maybe you could also look at dancing places (where one usually buys leotards and such) and see if they have anything?
Yes it's a skirt that you see a places that sell ballerina and / or salsa dance clothes. It's beautiful. You got me wanting to try a skirt. But I'm not used spinning pole yet.
Oh if you are crafty, you can take a high split summer long skirt you like and put a button with a stretchy latch at the top. That will make one. :)
Super easy to make something like that also from fabric and black elastic. I have bought sheer drapes and shower curtains for costuming.
