Hi! My name is Sage, I'm 29 yrs old. I live in SLC. I started taking pole classes at the end of January of this year and am completely addicted. I try to take classes 3-4 times a week, plus have a pole in my house. I'm loving that I found this online community to gush about pole with! I think my friends and family are sick of hearing about it! ha ha! Already Veenas' online lessons have helped with some moves I just couldn't get down for some reason.

Welcome! So happy to see more people from Utah! I am in Ogden and JorShi is in SLC. We are going to get together and have pole jams frequently to help each other learn. You are totally welcome to come play with us if you ever want! Welcome again! 🙂

I'm taking classes at Studio Soiree and I just realized when I looked at your profile that I took a beginner core class with you the other day!!! ha ha! We were right next to eachother, and it was your friends first class! That's so weird! 😂 We definately have to do a pole jam. I'm in Murray. I'm usually available evenings, depending on the night, and weekends. I'm a stay at home mom, but my husbands schedule is pretty rough so it really just depends on the week! Awesome!

That is fun! You know Shi! We are doing a pole jam this Saturday morning (the 24th) at my place in Ogden at 10 am if you can come. You are totally welcome to come, i know it is kind of short notice tho. The next one will be at Shi's house in SLC (don't know the date yet). We rotate houses and I am going to try and go to her house some evenings to just play around when she doesn't have classes. I will let you know when we get together so you can come play with us 🙂

Hey Sage, I am in Salt Lake City as well, you should come to club habits 3900 S 800 E on a tuesday night from 9-11pm its ladies pole night and they have three 15ft tall spinning poles. The girls there are all very supportive, I was one of the instructors there until they laid me off due to a budget crisis in the club, but its way fun and I still go as often as I can. The girls are all very supportive, ITS FREE! So thats nice, just come in and pole dance. Studio Soiree is great, i've trained with them and still hang out there a lot. I work with studio blue now though. But welcome welcome. Hope to see you at habits sometime, maybe tonight? 🙂

luvs2dance- I would love to come! It all depends on my husbands schedule though. He usually has to work Saturdays but sometimes he's off. We have a 2 year old and one car so it makes every little plan I try to make quite the ordeal. 🙂 I'll try to find out tonight and see if he knows if he's off yet! That would be fun!!! I'll let you know as soon as I know. How does a pole jam work? Do we bring our own poles or just play on one? keilioces( I think I just totally botched the spelling of your name)-OOOOOOOO habits sounds like a blast!!!! I had no idea! I'm taking Pole-ga-lates at Soiree tonight, maybe I'll stop by habits for a bit afterwards. I don't know, sometimes that class KILLS me so I'll see how I feel! But I'll probably be there next week! Is it basically just an open pole or are there lessons taught? I just looked through your profile and recognize you from Soiree! In fact I'm pretty sure you co taught my intro class! ha! Studio Blue seems awesome. They were on the morning show the other day, wow what a cool place! Are you doing ariel silks and hoops as well as pole? So cool. Hopefully I'll see you tonight! Sounds great! Let me know if you can come and I will give you my address and phone number. As for how a pole jam works? I don't know 🙂 This will be our first time! I have a pole in my basement we can play on. It is a smaller diameter pole so if that throws you off you are more than welcome to bring your own pole and we can set it up in the basement as well. If you don't mind a smaller pole, we can all just take turns playing on mine. Totally up to you I will totally have to come to that club on Tuesday nights (pending I have money for gas to get there 😉) That sounds so fun! We could all meet up and show off what we are learning.

Oh my gosh. Wait... the blonde. ha ha That is so funny. I think I saw you yesterday also. Sweet, well now you don't need to feel like we dont know anyone. I agree with Luv2dnace. You are more than welcome to drive up with me. I live in Murray too. 🙂 I am taking the beg core again on Saturday. So I have to be done for that but I know we will have plenty of time. Definitely should come to my house when we do if you can make it. 😀 Oh and I agree, I think my bf will feel better with me going to habits with girls I know and he knows actually like to do this. So I am so down to go!! 🥂 Oh and I can bring my pole so we have 2 if need be. I just will need help setting it up. So let me know. I cant wait till this weekend. It's getting closer...

Hi! Sorry about the late response, but I'm sure you have figured that I am not coming to the jam today. My husband is working till 1. sigh. Please let me know about the next jam! I have a lil mynx, which requires a small hook in the ceiling, so I probably can't bring my pole (that and it's 8 ft of solid pole, it doesn't come apart in pieces for easy moving). We could always do jam at my house too, I think I have room in my room for one more pole. I am going to Soirees core class today though! see you then!
