yup i broke a toe last night while poling...my 1st broken bone ever,and ill tell you what ,the little sucker hurts too..lol..anyone else break anything?

Ouch I'm so sorry!!! I broke a few ribs a while back and I swear I cracked my toe at one point too - came down and rammed it right into the bottom of the pole... hurt like a %$#^&!! and still bugs me from time to time. Heal up :)

Without health insurance, so I didn't go to the doctor, but I'm pretty sure I fractured my patella when I fell off the pole a few years back and landed on my knees on a concrete floor and also fairly recently I fractured my floating rib from the flying ballerina. Waiting for that sucker to heal up before I give it a go again. :)
Broken collarbone august last year out of a split grip ayesha.. Could have been much worse.. although 9 weeks off the pole drove me mental!! I still can't convince my body its safe to and will only really do it from a handspring. I always prefered twisty grip but now it dominates as it is much more secure for me :)
9 weeks Polefanatic678?!?! OMG I'd die... I couldn't stay off even with broken ribs - granted I wasn't doing inverts etc lol but I think I made it 5 days before I just couldn't take it anymore! I had my first real pole fall a little over a week ago and am terrified to get back into the position I was when I fell - so it's sounding like that feeling may not go away :(
Nothing broken as of yet, but I'm sure it will happen sooner or later :) lol
Yep nine weeks... I couldn't do anything because it didn't heal :( I was so miserable the whole time The feeling takes a while to go away you just have to make sure you get back on the horse and go back to doing the move :)
Just got cleared from my broken toe...spiral fracture 3rd toe,middle phalanx...bone still needs to fill in but the dr said i'd have to do something incredibly stupid to break it apart again 😕 hardest part: I baby'd this foot for so long I have to trust it again to land on it good luck
