do you girls and guys visit any anatomy websites that are easy to understand? preferably with pictures and clickable muscles for more details, etc. if so please link me up! i get so confused about what muscles are what....scapula???? ❓ lol 😳

Scapula is the shoulder blade. Are you taking the lessons? Some of the first exercises we go over are to help you understand the movements of your scapula and proper positioning for pole dance. at uni we used http://www.anatomy.tv which was amazing but v in-depth. I think you have to pay for it too but if you are seriously interested in anatomy its like a virtual cadaver, you can take off layers and look at the muscles, ligaments, bones etc in different layers.
