Allegra without scorpio

Hi everyone! I was wondering if somebody has tips to go to the allegra without stop by a scorpio? I suppose you have to do something like a hip hold but it's not clear.... Sometimes i get it sometimes no.... I guess i miss something.... Thanks for your help and sorry for my english.....
