Alethea DVD Commitment???

Alethea's dvds state 5xweek is needed to improve flexability and 3xweek to maintain...since October is just a few days away I was thinking it would be a great time to make an "October Commitment" to stretching...because short term goals are more "doable" for me😀 Anyone interested in joining me? I was thinking we could check in once a week...maybe report in on Sunday regarding the previous week...? Now...which dvd to choose-I'm having a hard time deciding. I was planning on doing one 5xweek, and the other one 3xweek...Suggestions are welcome! Is it physically possible to do BOTH 5xweek? If so, anyone want to jump on that crazy train with me?

Im considering getting Aletheas DVD's - Im so so unflexible....or is it inflexible?? Either way...its something i really need to work on...I have hurt my back (not seriously) so instead of poling for a few weeks Im going to concentrate on stretching.... Ill see what you guys think and how you get on with them!
