This 90 minute workshop will take you from basic class floorwork to more advanced moves, slides, and body rolls. The second part of the course consists of learning the proper stretching methods to help you achieve flat splits and full extension not only on the floor but in the air. You will leave with an arsenal of new moves and stretches you can practice on your own at home. Yoga pants, thigh highs, or kneepads should be worn for the floorwork to protect the knees.
