Hmm...I didn't love that, I'll be honest. I'm disappointed they didn't do any doubles pole tricks and I thought the kissing was a bit tacky and had no relevance to the rest of the routine.
While I love both Cleo and Alethea I didn't think the choreo did them justice, and it would have been cool to see some doubles work. Yes they were both individually amazing, but it wasn't seamless together. To me, the kiss just seemed gimmicky; like there's nothing else in the piece to really talk about afterwards anyways. Gotta have a gimmick! ;)

Yeah I'm interested to see what people think about that performance.
I thought the same thing about the kiss...it did seem gimmicky. :/
+Me for the whole gimmick notion. I definitely don't think a same-sex kiss is inapropriate but as everyone else pointed out the rest of the performance was more of the issue.
well......I think it started out pretty cool. alethea was this cute Sandra dee type character and cleo was this bad ass who walks in. that was great but it fell apart. I really think if they had stuck to that theme: cleo the bad ass and alethea the viriginal little blonde. but they didn't. they tried to play equals and it didn't work. in the end, there was no reason for cleo to kiss her. cleo is hot as shit and looked good kissing her, but alethea is very dry and awkward. I will just pretend like cleo was kissing me...

I guess I kinda didn't get it. I agree it started with a good theme and then it kinda felt apart. If the whole thing had been about the interaction between these two characters they established in the beginning, the kiss might have made more sense.
did I mention that Cleo is HOT!!!!!! I just watched it again and watched her half and pretended I was dancing on the other side of the stage with her. I love her hair cut
it was more like two solos at the same time. Your eye doesn't know where to look, unless you are like me. then your eyes stay on cleo the whole time... okay I will shut up about cleo now. I love her.

Didn't like the kiss at all. I know it's a bit of harmless fun but what a gimmick it is. I'm all up for female empowerment etc but I just thought the kiss ruined all their hard work there lol.
I don't care if it was gimmicky....it was effin HOT. As for the rest of the performance, meh. The lead up to the kiss, scripted. The actual kiss? Cold shower please.
Wow... Yeah it was random but I thought it was pretty hot actually.... I kind of admire them for pushing the envelope a bit you know? Thought they were pretty well synchronised most of the time and it was nice how they mirrored each other while one was up the pole and the other was down. But yeah, nothing that memorable about the tricks themselves, just their signatures which is what you would expect (and those signature tricks ARE amazing of course, but well known). I hope people don't give them a hard time just because they kissed. Male and female doubles partners might sometimes kiss as part of a routine and no one would consider that inappropriate. And it is kinda "rok'n'roll" to just get down n dirty and have some fun and not give a s%^t you know? Maybe that was the connection behind it.... *shrugs*
During my one performance at the Fetish ball my partner and I were in a double inside leg hang and she reached down, grabbed my head and laid a kiss on me. It was not planned but was extremely appropriate for the performance we had. We were slaves vying for the attention of our Domme and had a whole kind of battle going on between us. So when we ended up playing on the pole together and then kissed at the end it was a great ending.

Yeah, chem that makes a lot of sense because of your theme, and especially as it was improvised I would imagine it fitted in well. But with these two there was no such theme, no real story where the kiss fitted in, which is why I didn't think much of it. Scarlett I do see what you mean but I'd think exactly the same if a male-female doubles pair started making out at the end of their routine when it had no connection to the story. So in conclusion, it wasn't the kissing itself that bugged me, but the fact that it didn't seem to fit/relate to the rest of the routine.
Neither hot nor inappropriate IMO. The story didn't come through strong enough for the kiss to seem natural or captivating. But ooh they do their flexy stuff so well they still get a like.

For me it's 6th row down 4th pic. But yeah I watched the video and I can see how yours fits in. Having looked at the other pictures...it looks like quite a scary event!!
