Aerial Hammock question

In researching hammocks, the method of securing varies from a rescue 8 to rings to painted pears to cinching with a daisy chain. What is working for you for ease of use with Veena's lessons and different height requirements? I would like to have long tails to tie into foot/hand holds to use as an aerial gym. How much yardage do you recommend? I emailed a couple of sellers but have not heard back yet. Thanks!

Hi! I organized the lessons so you're not having to switch back and forth for workouts so really you can use any of the methods you like. I know it's a hassle to change out length. I try and use my Hammock at whatever length I've picked for a few days before moving it up or down. I've used a single strap to tie onto a carabiner and I've even tied the fabric onto the carabiner it's self. I think daisy chains look nice but haven't bothered to buy them yet. 😊
