How should I start a pole dance diary? Anyone willing to share tips, experiences, layouts, etc.?

Lou Landers made an excellent diary in 2013 and 2014. The set up was great, weeks outlined with a section for notes at the end and lots of blanks at the end of each month for workshop notes etc. She also had a pole goals section - the diaries were called "Pole Goals". They were great, but I don't think she puts them out anymore. If you can get hold of an old one though, the format is pretty damned good :-).
