I have a list of advanced pole moves but I'm not sure what some of them are. Can anyone shed some light on these please? The moves are: The T Lady Planche Teardrop Strongbow/Evgeny handstand TG reverse split/Natasha Wang Recliner flip Shoulder straddle split

Thanks. I haven't been able to find these moves listed anywhere (other than where I got them from, which doesn't yet have any pix or vids). Hoping that someone has heard of them and can point me towards any pix or vids.
I want to say that the T might be a Becca Butcher hold for doing flag (although she calls it a T wrap) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-G1OENC-WI I have not heard of any of the others.

I wondered that too. There's also a trick which Evengy does which is called T but I wouldnt say it was as hard as the other moves on the list. Becca's T-wrap hurts almost as much as Batwing, which is on the same list, so thats probably most likely until I hear otherwise.

From the pole dance community. Its level 6 so recliner flip will be different than the invert. They are going to put pictures up at some point but it might be a while. There are no descriptions.
