Hey girls :D I want to learn some new advanced floorwork, really advanced. In my choreo for my first competition I did one of Alethea floor moves: Split over shoulder to Chest Stand. No I´m looking for something new to learn which is also a bit more acrobatic and difficult and maybe needs some time to learn. Any ideas or videos?

The valdez can be a really pretty transition from the floor to standing. I used to do it as a kid in gymnastics and would love to learn it again, but it's going to take awhile! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lWpYyaYqq68
thank you :D those moves are all great I´ll learn all of them! the valdez will take a while for me, too. I can already do a back walkover, but it´s a lot easier from standing I can also already do the move Nadia does at 0:40 but I´ll try to add what she does afterwards, it´s such a nice combo and she makes it look so fluid

oh I love the one at 1min Veena and how you drop down into the splits from it. I also like the one at 4min, it´s so pretty aaah chemgoddess that´s crazy, I think I saw his video, but I couldn´t remember his floorwork. I think I´ll try the back flip into middle split xD some of the stuff is onlyfor gymnasts or acrobats The one at 3:20 would be great or the one at 3:33. Not sure whether I´m brave enough to try any of those tricks ^^
