I tried one on at the Midwest Convention. They seem to fit small, so I would go up a size from what you normally wear. They will always shrink from laundering, anyway.
I found that they fit true to their size; however, the style is snug and fitted so it depends on how you want it to look.

This hoodie is my absolute favorite!! suigintou is right, they are form fitting, so it will depend on how you want it to fit. It is also a thinner material so don't expect heavy sweatshirt material. It looks like you and I are approximately the same size. I am 5'1" 150lbs, 36D, 32" waist, 39" hips. I bought the large and it's perfect. Not so tight that there are unsightly bulges, but form fitting enough to still be sexy. I've also washed it and it hasn't shrunk much if at all. I love my hoodie!!!
This is where I am confused... I am a size 6 chest, 8 hips. Maybe I should change it to a large??? I don't want Pooge to be obvious!
Even though I weigh about 159 these days, my waist is 30ish (or less depending.) and my hips around my hips bones are about 38, and around my butt is 40-41.
Weigh 150...not 159. Btw I'm 5'2" and am a c cup

I'm between a size 8-10 and generally wear a large because of my chest. Sometimes a M depending on the style. I think we are similar in size. I got the L because I didn't want my muffin top showing and I think it's perfect.
