A little bit proud of myself tonight...

I got the Death Lay tonight!  I hadn't attempted doing one for over a year and a half because back then I probably wasn't strong enough in my legs and thus the move didn't feel secure so I never was able to do it.  I've been way too scared to try it -- especially on the poles at my studio or my house as they're all 11-12' high....and if I fell, that's a looong fall.
