YAY! Can't wait to see what you do! :) Pole is great for *so many things* :)
Thank you so much ladies I am very excited to see how I progress. I'm a bodybuilder ( pro bikini athlete) but have already realized that while I have strength I lack movement and flexibility. In time I hope to conquer these challenges .
