I love seeing this! She reminds me of my grandma who is 94. She was always dancing and active. Unfortunately a few yrs ago she had a aneurysm, kinda like a stroke, so now she is in a wheel chair. She always said how exercise is so important. I wonder if she would have done pole dance! My grandpa is 94 as well and takes care of my grandma, only thing wrong with him is his back (due to helping her!) Pole dancing is the only exercise I've done consistently. I love it. So many benefits besides health too! Any age is a good age to start. 🙂

Isn't that great? I've been fortunate to have a 68 year old at a party and one 69 year old in a class! They were the most enthusiastic in both groups.
THAT WAS SOOOO FLY !!!! I RESPECT THAT ! I'm a nurse and take care of 60 yr old women who let themselves go and can barely walk so this is refreshing to see! 😀
