ok. am intermediate level and have to come up with 4 moves without touching floor, but my mind goes blank in class and cant think of anything. its mon 8th march need suggestions for tues 9th march. am in the uk so time difference. help!!!! 🙄

chopper-gemini-scorpio-inverted thigh hold climb-sit-car/ckr-bow or bow-n-arrow or archer the possibilities are endless...it would help if we had a better baseline as to what moves you can do! Intermediate to one is not always the same for someone else! 😀
chopper,gemini,thigh hold,crucifix,cross leg and straight leg lay back, knot,plank. buggar can't think.(no that isn't a new move just brain freeze). but thankyou for the suggestions so far veena pole people are the best,
ok so went to class did 3 moves then as i was sliding i ran out of pole. the range of moves moved from 4 to 6. will get better at thinking moves to link but thanks for the suggestions made.
