40mm X-Pole on a vaulted ceiling?

So... I have a 40mm X-Pole Sport and I'm moving to a house where the best place to put it has a vaulted ceiling. Does anyone know any way I can get my pole up on this ceiling since x-pole don't sell a vaulted mount for the 40mm? Or is my only option to sell this pole and buy a 45mm or an x-pert pole.
