Hi everyone I'm thinking about renewing my veena subscription again I'm in a complete pole rut :( I want to do 30 days flexy challenge can anyone tell me how long each lesson / video is ? Many thanks Laura

It's a program much like the 30 day take off. It will give you a look into how to structure your stretching and flexibility training, it will also teach you what kinds of strength work to include to improve flexibility. You have one main video giving the Tasks and Tips for the day, then you follow the related videos as listed below to complete the day. I can range anywhere from 20 mins to 1 hr depending on how long you hold stretches and sets you complete!
