Veena I know it's hard but have you thought of making a 30 day program for intermediate and advance students sometime? Your 30 day take off it's great and it's nice to have a guide..

I've toyed with the idea, however, I don't belive there should be an expectation as to when to invert and such, so moving past beginner moves is challenging in that respect. The Take off program teaches the absolute fundamentals and moving past that point is such a personal thing. There may be an option for me to do programs/routines to help one achive things like inverts and such.
